The historic center, where the medieval cylindrical tower stands out, is accessed from Porta Vecchia, which still retains the coat of arms of the Municipality of Todi. Interesting to visit there is the small Liberty-style Municipal Theater, the Church of the Holy Trinity (17th century), which houses a Madonna del Rosario by Andrea Polinori and frescoes attributed to Bartolomeo Barbiani from Montepulciano.
Nearby, in Sismano, the Medieval Castle and the Church of Sant’Andrea Corsini with paintings attributed to Polinori. Another center of artistic interest is Toscolano, with the Cappella della Maestà (Edicola di Toscolano) which presents a cycle of frescoes by Pier Matteo d’Amelia.
In the village of Santa Restituta the houses line up around a stepped road that climbs upwards, where the castle used to be. Near Santa Restituta there is Grotta Bella, a large room with stalactite and stalagmite concretions.
