Description
The country farmhouse of ‘Paradiso’, is situated on a hillside near Assisi, surrounded by vistas of unspoilt landscapes and consists of 90 hectares of mixed agricultural land, a lovely stone house which has been partially restored, four other houses and various sheds and outhouses in need of restoration, giving total residential space of 2,070 sqm.
The main house, which was partially restored in 2015 [class A], has been subject to innovative and ecologically sound methods of anti-seismic reinforcement using resins in the external walls , a new
ventilated roof with exposed beams and exposed tiles, and there is geothermic underfloor heating with horizontal uptake.

The property has mains water, has convenient access to a provincial road, and is easily reached by farm tracks [in good condition].The farm receives PAC contributions and thus may be eligible for Agricultural PSR grants.
