721 – ‘Pieve del Niccone’

The ancient ”Pieve del Niccone” of 1,150 square meters is located 9 km from Umbertide (PG), in a overlooking position with beautiful views of both the Umbrian Altotiberina Valley and the Niccone Valley.

The structure still preserves the ancient aspect of a former monastery, with a country church, a typical courtyard inside the building, divided by a stone staircase that in antiquity led to the upper floors used as a dwelling while the lower ones were used as shelter animals and warehouses.

Land of about 5 hectares of which 1 hectare with olive grove and well.

The nearest town is Niccone which is 7 km away and offers bars and restaurants.
